Cinnamon Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup milk of choice
3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 and 1/2 tsp chia seeds
1 and 1/2 tsp flax seeds
1 and 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
For topping: granola and apple slices
Instructions (yields 2 servings):
Mix 1/2 cup rolled oats with 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp flax seeds, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a small cup or container. Repeat with the remaining 2/3 of the ingredients.
Place oats in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of granola and apple slices on top of each cup of oats.
