Christmas Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:
For the ice cubes:
Orange slices
Cranberries
Rosemary
Water
For the cocktails:
10oz prosecco
3oz gin
Juice from 1 small lemon
1oz simple syrup, optional
8oz sparkling water
For the mocktails:
Sub prosecco and gin for sparkling cider
Instructions (yields 2 drinks):
Combine all ice cube ingredients in an ice cube tray. Cover and freeze overnight until fully set.
When ready to serve, remove the ice cubes from the freezer and place one cube into each of two glasses.
Evenly divide the prosecco between the glasses.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously, then strain evenly into each glass.
Top with sparkling water to fill, stir gently, and enjoy!
