Tuna Avocado Croissant Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 croissants
1 can (5 oz) tuna
1/2 medium avocado, mashed
2 tbsp mayonnaise (I use mayo made with olive oil)
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Toast your croissants in a convection oven until warm and flaky. Pro tip: pat a bit of water on top of the croissants before toasting—it’ll taste like it’s fresh from the bakery!
Meanwhile, mix together the tuna, avocado, mayo, cucumber, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Cut each croissant in half, but be careful not to slice them all the way through. Spread the tuna-avocado mixture evenly between the two croissants.
Serve and enjoy.
